- We Conduct a Full Assessment → Our NRCan-registered advisors perform a detailed home energy evaluation, including a blower door test and data collection.
- Receive Your EnerGuide Report → You’ll get a personalized report with your EnerGuide rating, recommended upgrades, and guidance on available rebates or incentive programs.

Canada Greener Homes Affordability Program
The Government of Canada’s new CGHAP provides no-cost home retrofits for eligible low- to median-income homeowners and tenants. Upgrades may include insulation, air sealing, windows/doors, and heat pumps — delivered under a direct-install model (meaning no upfront payment or loans for eligible participants). As NRCan-Registered Energy Advisors, we guide you through: ✅Checking your eligibility ✅Completing your pre-retrofit EnerGuide evaluation ✅Recommending upgrades that qualify for support ✅Verifying improvements with a post-retrofit evaluation 🟢This program is currently available in Manitoba through Efficiency Manitoba, with more provinces to follow.
